Introduction
Stress can be defined as reactions that occurs in the body when the body is tensed up, overworked, tired and needs rest.
Stress is a way of letting the body knows it needs rest. Everyone undergoes stress at one point in time, even children are not left out.
Stress can be said to be inevitable and can be regard as normal unless it start to interfer with the body system, physical or emotional aspect of life. This means stress is not really bad unless it start to affect the body and when stress start afecting the body system, It has escalated to the next level which can be referred to as chronic stress.
Chronic stress affect all areas of life not just the health aspect. Chronic stress dont just form like that, it must have begin from unattended stress.
Once the body is weak, every others things just have to pause. We should learn to take full care of the body.
Stress like every other disease should be avoided,because once the body is stressed,all other activities stops.
FACTORS THAT LEAD TO THE BODY BEING STRESSED
Many things can definately lead to the body being stressed out,and these are few
Pressure at school
Excessive work given to do at place of work
Family issues
Relationship problems
Having to take care of an invalid

All these mentioned above are few of the factors that can lead to be body being stressed,there are still many factors that can cause the body to be stressed.
SYMPTOMS OF STRESS
When you notice you have one or more of this symptoms, probably you are just stressed and need to rest. Its possible for an individual to be stressed without even knowing it, he or she might thinks he is being infected with a dieases without knowing that the body is stressed and needs rest.
Inability to eat well or lost of appetite
Constant body pain
Constant joint pain
Inability to concentrate on work or school
Insomia
Restless behaviour

Stress can cause alot of health harzard on our body ranging from mild to chronic iliness.
Health is wealth,and as such we should take propee care of the body.

At times stress is inevitable, but there are somethings that can be done to reduce or prevent stress. If this can be followed,the body wont be stressed.
- Excercise the body- excercise is very good for the body,apart from preventing stress,it makes the body healthy.
2.Rest- No one is indispensible and no matter how demanding the work might be,its always advicable to rest to prevent the body fron breaking down
3.Drink enough water-Water is very good for the body and help to reduce stress
4.Good diet-Proper eating habits should always be observed
5.Enough fruits intake
