I finished my 11th week already a few days ago but I only write about it now because I wanted to run yesterday. At the end, I didn't find the time to run this weekend. Since I reduced a lot my training because of my injury, I don't feel guilty anymore when I miss a session. It's good and bad at the same time. Good because I have less pressure and bad because I'm just at one week away from the race.
First run
There is not much to say about my races since I only do endurance for a few weeks now. For the first run I did 11.2 km at the 4'50"/km pace. It was a nice run in the wood and I decided to enjoy the nature instead of running fast.
Second run
Again, it was an endurance run. A shorter but faster run this time: 8.6 km at a 4'38"/km pace. I felt great during and after the run and the good thing is that I don't feel pain at all anymore.
Total
In total, it was a really light week with only 19.8 km in 1:34. Next Sunday is the race and I will arrange my session accordingly. I will not push too hard, I think it is not really useful to do hard trainings just a few days before the race.
