Popcorn from bull tendons

Become boring popcorn from buckwheat / barley / spelt and want something new? Blow up the bovine tendons.

Very simple.:

  1. Place the tendons in the dehydrator for 48 hours at 60 degrees.
  2. Disassemble them into fibers.
  3. Immerse in oil heated to 195 C.
  4. Season with salt and place on a paper towel.
