It's Saturday here. I woke up drained, beat, sore (from yesterday's workout) and for some reason still tired. And it reminded me how sometimes we just need to disconnect, unplug, take a me day.

I encourage all of you to do the same. It doesn't have to be today, it can be any day. Find some time for yourself to unplug and let everything drain away. Give your mind some time to escape worries, stresses, work. Give yourself a chance to relax, enjoy fresh air, be grateful for all you have been given in life. Take this time to make you a better... well YOU!! After all, a healthy body is a productive one!
