THE PAINS OF SELF INFLICTED WOUNDS

When we are hurt by others, it is easy to soothe our own pains, put ourselves together and move on in life.

Self-inflicted wounds are extremely difficult to heal because the very agent to heal inflicts the deepest wounds and pains.

We sometimes hurt ourselves with certain perceptions, attitudes, expectations and choices.

Many are bleeding and sobbing from self inflicted wounds because they are not ready to accept and work on the very hurts
they have caused to themselves but blame others for their woes.

People may hurt and reject you, but do not join them to make life uncomfortable for you.

Be disciplined and tactful, face reality and moderate your expectations, they are sure ways to reduce self created hurts.

God bless and keep you always.
