Utah has some of the coolest rock around. It's not everywhere you can see some more interesting effects of water erosion than here.
Colors ranging from white, orange yellow and even red! The arches and pillars carved from the cliffs are really a site to behold.
And never forget, you are far enough from cities and light pollution that even without a good camera the stars will be amazing!
