- 1/4 Cup Chopped Onions
- 2Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
- Can of Diced Tomatoes (Drained)
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1/2 cup brown rice
3) Add in Drained Tomatoes and Brown Rice
Top Stuffed Peppers With Cheese and Bake at 300 for 15 Minutes and Serve
