Method :

  1. Roll out the lost pieces in cheese slices, pour light oil or butter in the pan and keep aside for 2-3 minutes.
  2. To make Makhini Gravy, after cooking the oil in the frying pan, add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, cumin seeds. Now add onion paste and fry it. Put ginger-garlic paste and salt in it and fry once again.
  3. Now add Kasuri Fenugreek, Garam Masala, Coriander and Cumin Powder and mix it.
  4. Add cashew paste and add half a cup of water. The gravy will start to thicken.
  5. Grind nuts and creams by grinding them from above. Now let the gravy cool down.
  6. After blending the boiled pea granules lightly, add cumin seeds to the base by setting the peas in the ring. Now set the rolls of the paneer to the top and serve it with a granular gravy.
