Lenten pancakes on rice broth

The main advantage of these pancakes is that you need the least amount of ingredients. The lean pancake recipes are quick and tasty. The difference between lean and non-lean pancakes is quite impressive, but if they are cooked correctly, everything will be very tasty.

Ingredients


  • 200 g of rice;
  • 2 l of water;
  • 450-500 g of flour;
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • ½ teaspoon of soda;
  • 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil + for lubrication.

Cooking



Boil the rice in 2 liters of water until tender. Then drain the liquid through a sieve into another container. You will need 1 liter of decoction. Cool it down.

Pour in flour, sugar, salt and soda and mix until smooth. Pour the butter into the finished dough.

Heat a greased pan. Pour in part of the dough and fry until brown on both sides.

It is better to lubricate the pan with oil before cooking each pancake.
