Ingredients
one clove garlic
one (fifteen ounce) can black beans
two tablespoons lemon juice
one and half tablespoons tahini
quarter teaspoon ground cumin
half teaspoon salt
quarter teaspoon cayenne pepper
quarter teaspoon paprika
ten Greek olives
PROCEDURE
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Period: 0 minutes
Ready In: 5 minutes
Put black beans, two tablespoons reserved liquid, two tablespoons lemon juice, tahini, half teaspoon cumin, half teaspoon salt, and quarter teaspoon cayenne pepper; process till soft, scraping down the sides as required. Put additional seasoning and liquid to taste. Decorate with paprika and Greek olives.
