Ingredients
eight Yukon Gold potatoes, quartered
one tablespoon dried rosemary
quarter cup olive oil
salt and pepper to your preference
PROCEDURE
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Period: 30 minutes
Ready In: 45 minutes
In a large sized dish, blend the potatoes, rosemary, oil, salt and pepper. Put well to coat.
Spread evenly onto cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven for thirty minutes.
