- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ pound of strawberries
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups sweetened milk cream
- Waxed paper
- Powdered sugar
1. Separate egg whites and yolks.
2. In a deep refractory, beat the yolks with sugar and vanilla.
3. Mix the flour with the baking powder (yeast), and slowly add the beaten eggs, continue beating until everything is fully incorporated.
4. Apart beat the egg whites with snow point, and add them slowly to the previous preparation.
5. In a tin (mold) place the wax paper and see over the dough, expanding it evenly. Bake for 15 minutes at medium temperature. Now ready remove the oven and unmold over a clean covered with powdered sugar, roll the dough leaving the cleaning (rag) in between. Let it cool. Then open and remove the cleaning.
6. Then fill the dough with the whipped sugar together with the cream of milk, and pieces of strawberries, we re-roll, cover with a little cream of the filling and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
7. Serve in thick cups!
Note: This type of dessert is very delicate and should be reserved in the fridge.
These desserts are preferred at family gatherings, and in case of emergencies are used as birthday cakes, and although this has been strawberry, you can do it with your favorite fruit. I hope you enjoyed my recipe and prepare this delicious dessert, you will love it if you have not tried it :)
