Hello friends, I want to share this recipe with you so that you can learn to prepare a delicious raspberry jam, a special accompaniment for some crispy cookies. As the raspberry is a somewhat sweet and bitter fruit, it will be the perfect accompaniment with a little sugar and to create a rich creamy marmalade. If you want to learn in simple steps to do it, follow my steps and create one that is everyone's delight.

  • 1 kg of raspberries
  • 800 g of granulated sugar
  • The juice of a small lemon

1. Select and clean the raspberries without rinsing them.

2. Put the raspberries in a pot for marmalade along with the sugar and lemon juice. Mix the ingredients very carefully.

3. Bring to a simmer and boil gently. Once the boiling is reached, continue to cook over high heat, stirring with a wooden spoon, for about ten minutes.

4. Place the marmalade in a glass jar, close it and turn it over, leaving it face down for 24 hours.

Note: This preparation yields 1 and ½ of marmalade.
