How to Make Mango -Blueberry Fool -Easy Summer Dessert

Its very quick, delicious and easy to make. This creamy mango-blueberry fool is made with the combination of crushed pureed mangoes, blueberries and heavy cream. The name of this dessert comes from the French word foule which means pureed or crushed .

Ripe Mango - 1 lb (peeled and cut into chunks) or use mango pulp.
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Fresh lime juice - 2 tsp
Chilled heavy cream - 1 cup
Blueberries - 1 1/2 cup
Grated Lime zest to taste

Puree mango, sugar and lime juice until smooth.
Add cream and blend until very thick.
Transfer to a bowl and fold in most of blueberries.
Chill loosely covered for 30 minutes, if desired.
Pour into glass top with remaining blueberries and zest.
