This is the protein powder I use, you can use whatever powder you like.

First you are going to whisk an egg. Then, add the milk, cinnamon, and protein powder.

Mix until smooth

Next you are going to place your bread inside the mixture. In the meantime, you can get your pan ready. You can use butter, coconut oil, or non-stick spray to coat the pan. Put it on medium heat. Make sure the bread absorbs as much of mixture as possible. You are going to flip it so the other side begins to soak as well.

Now you can put your soon-to-be french toast on the stove. Leave it on medium heat with a lid for about 2 mins. Then flip it.

This is what your french toast should look like when you flip it. Some people prefer "more wet" french toast wile others prefer it to be dry. Let it cook until its golden brown if you do not want it to be wet on the inside.

You can use whatever toppings you like! If you are trying to be more healthy, you can use honey and/or fruit. I like to eat my french toast with hazelnut spread

And there you have it! 1 slice of french toast with roughly 17-25 grams of protein (depending on your powder). Thank you!
