INGREDIENTS

ROASTED VEGGIES:

1 bell pepper, diced
1 (about 300g) sweet potato, peeled and diced
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil
1 tbsp (15ml) soy sauce
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground chili powder

NOODLES:

8 ounces (227g) linguine pasta, broken in half
2 cups and 2 tbsp (500ml) water
3 tbsp (45ml) soy sauce
1 and 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp (15ml) chili oil
1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup
1 tbsp (15ml) white rice vinegar
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/8 tsp five-spice powder (optional)
1/4 cup (6g) fresh basil, chopped
for topping: sesame seeds, basil

Directions

Preheat stove to 400°F (200°C) and line a heating sheet with material paper.
