- Condensed Milk: 1 cup

Step 1
First boil the milk in light heat with cardamom and cinnamon and make the milk thicker. Now keep stirring well with sugar.

After that, light fry the semai with ghee in little heat. Be careful when fry it. Too much fry will reduce the taste.
