Ingredients:
- Egg chicken 3 pieces
- Chocolate 150 g
- Butter 80 g
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Curd 100 g
- Bananas 1 piece
- Wheat flour 3 tablespoons
Preparation:
In a water bath, we sink chocolate and butter, leading to a uniform consistency.
We combine flour and cocoa, mix.
Beat 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of sugar so that the mass brightens.
Add the chocolate mass and cocoa flour to the eggs and mix well. The dough for the bottom layer is ready.
We connect the banana, cottage cheese, 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of sugar and crush it so that the mass does not have lumps.
In the form, oiled, we put chocolate dough.
Fill the curd-banana mass.
Create chaotic patterns with the help of a spoon / fork handle. And put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for half an hour.
