Ingredients


  • 1 cup of dry crushed peas;
  • 500 g of smoked pork ribs;
  • 2 potato tubers;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
  • crackers from white bread;
  • salt pepper.

Preparation



Peas and rinse for three hours. Cut the onions, carrots, potatoes into cubes. Fry vegetables and ribs on vegetable oil. Vegetables should become golden in color, and on the ribs appear a
crust. In a pan with water, add soaked peas and fried vegetables with ribs. Salt and pepper. Boil the soup until the potatoes are ready. Extract the ribs. Beat up the soup with a blender. Add ribs, decorate with rusks.
