Grahams Banoffee Pie -recipe

Banana Toffee Pie or simply Banoffee Pie is one of my favorite. I love the combination of banana and toffee, so creamy and yummy!

INGREDIENTS;

  • 2 Cups Crushed Grahams
  • 1 Pack Chilled All-purpose cream
  • 1 Cup Condensed milk
  • 1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Pcs. Ripe Banana
  • *Chocolate sprinkle is optional. I just used it to decorate my cake. though, I still not good in decorating cakes.

Method

For Toffee
  • In a pan, pour 1/2 of condensed milk over low heat. Stir continuously until thick. or
  • *You can also try 1 can unopened condensed milk boil in a deep saucepan for 3 hours. make sure that the can is covered with water at all times during cooking.
The Pie
  • Pour the crushed graham into a baking pan
  • Melt butter in a low fire and pour into the crushed graham
  • Mix until well combined and press to mold our base
  • Slice the Banana and arrange on top of the crushed graham
  • Pour the toffee on top of the banana
  • In a Bowl, pour the chilled All-purpose cream and whip, add gradually the remaining condensed milk and whip again
  • Pour the cream mixture into the base.
  • Sprinkle the remaining crushed graham and decorate
  • Chill for several hours
  • Serve and Enjoy!
