  4. ½ teaspoon black pepper
  5. 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  6. 2-3 spoonful of oil or ghee
  7. 1 medium sized onion (chopped)
  8. ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  9. 150 ml curd
  10. 2 green chillies
  11. 4 cardamom seeds
  12. 3 cloves
  13. 2 medium-sized cinnamon wood
  14. 1 Tej Patta
  15. ½ teaspoon Garam Masala
  16. 1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
  17. ½ teaspoon powdered almonds
  18. Salt as per taste

  7. 1 medium sized onion (chopped)
  8. ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder

  10. 2 green chillies
  11. 4 cardamom seeds
  12. 3 cloves
  13. 2 medium-sized cinnamon wood
  14. 1 Tej Patta
  15. ½ teaspoon Garam Masala
  16. 1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
  17. ½ teaspoon powdered almonds
  18. Salt as per taste

Wash the chicken well and put a mixture of lemon juice, a pinch of salt, black pepper and garlic paste in its pieces. Rinse the mixture well until it goes inside the piece and now keep the pieces from 1 to 2 hours apart.

In the frying pan, heat ghee / oil and when it gets warm then add chopped onions and turmeric.

Stir till the onion becomes light brown and afterwards leave them outside and separate them. Now let oil remain the same for any other work.

Now prepare a soft mixture of fried onions, curd, almonds, green chillies in the mixer. Now pour the mixture on the chicken pieces wrapped in the mixture. Heat the oil again in the vessel, when heated, reduce the flame and add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and teaspoon. Keep stirring them well for 40 seconds and then put the wrapped chicken in it and put the remaining mixture together on it.

Now let the mixture be cooked in the pot till the boiling of the pieces. Cover the vessel after cooking. And repeated pieces are not seen or seen.

After cooking, put garam masala and coriander leaves in the end. Now add salt as per taste and decorate it with powdered almonds and serve it.
