See my 'Chocolate & Peanut Drip Cake Tutorial' for insructions - the method is the same, just substitute in white chocolate and a dash of food colouring in the ganache, and top with sweets instead of nuts.
You can of course use any type of sponge and flavour of buttercream, there are no rules! :-)
