Top Cocktail Drink: Mai Tai

Ingredients


  • ice cubes;
  • 60 ml of light rum;
  • 40 ml of dark rum;
  • 20 ml Cointreau;
  • 10 ml of lime juice;
  • 60 ml of pineapple juice;
  • 60 ml of orange juice;
  • 4–5 drops of grenadine syrup.

Cooking



Put the ice - it should be a lot - in a shaker and add the remaining ingredients. Shake for 20 seconds. Content should cool well.

Serve cocktail is recommended in short glasses. You can fill them in two ways:

  1. Pour the contents into a glass with the ice that is in the shaker.
  2. Fill the container with new ice and strain the liquid with a sieve or strainer so that the old ice remains in the shaker.

The drink can be decorated with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime.
