Spicy chicken and macaroni salad
Ingredients
For salad:
- 2 cup boiled macaroni;
- 450 g of baked or boiled chicken fillet ;
- ½ cup cashews;
- 2 feathers of green onions;
- salt - to taste.
For refueling:
- ½ cup Greek yogurt;
- 1 teaspoon mustard;
- ½ tsp ground dried garlic;
- ground hot pepper - to taste.
Cooking
Mix the macaroni with chopped medium fillet cubes, halved nuts and chopped onion (for the salad only the white and light green parts of the feather are needed). Prepare the dressing separately: beat yogurt, mustard, garlic powder and hot pepper in a bowl.
Season the salad, salt and refrigerate it in the fridge. Serve as a separate dish or as a snack with crackers.
