Starting Fruitarianism

You don't know how to start.

You have two options.

You can choose to change and adapt to a fully raw vegan/fruitarian diet from one day to another or instead do it step-by-step. I have chosen to do it slowly instead of doing such a quick change. Tow months of a half raw vegan/fruitarian diet and after that fully fruitarian.

It's not only good for your body to make it be able to adapt to changes physiologically. But it's also important to maintain your mental health. Knowing how to set up realistic objectives is important in order to avoid stressing yourself and enjoying throughout the process. I'm not saying it's the best option its just the option I have chosen. If you feel with enough strength to go fully raw from the beginning then go for it but if you fail throughout the process don't torture yourself, it's normal. What is important is that you are in the right path willing to change.
