Busan Style Spicy Beef & Daikon Soup!
Hey, This is @ramengirl ;) Here in Korea, weather's getting colder these days. I always craving hot soup when it's cold! Which means I'm craving hot soup almost every day these days haha.
I want to show you the Korean soup that probably one of the easiest soup to make in any country! It's called Beef and Daikon Soup. Depending on the province, the recipe is a little bit different, but today I'm gonna make it in Busan style. Busan style of Beef and Daikon Soup is spicy taste, so if you're not a big fan of spicy food you can totally skip the chili powder!
+Ingredient+
200g of beef, 1L of water, radish, green onion, bean sprouts, 2Tbs of chili powder, 1/2 Tbs of chopped garlic, 1Tbs sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, pepper.
Cut the Daikon into bite-sized pieces.
Add sesame oil in a pot(If you don't have sesame oil, you can add just oil), and stir-fry the beef.
When the meat color is changed to brown, add sliced radish, 2Tsp of red chili powder, 1/2Tsp of chopped garlic and keep frying.
Pour 1L of water and boil it for 15mins.
Add green onion and bean sprouts and boil it 10 more minutes. (You can also skip bean sprouts)
Add, salt and pepper to your preference! :)
Finished ;)
It's so much better if you have it with a bowl of rice! Hope you enjoy it.
