Hello to all friends, a few days ago I published a post for @qurator to participate in the mission "Qurator's Monday Missions " Hello, Yellow!" and a few days later I find myself another "quarator" mission: Qurator's: Hive Top Chef! | BANANAS!, I just finished writing about bananas in the previous post and now I cook them! :-)
Okay, but what can I cook with bananas?
Well, what I get better than the "Banana plumcake with chocolate flakes!" simple and yummy.
INGREDIENTS:
- 50g of milk.
- 2 Mature bananas.
- 2 Eggs
- 100g Natural white yoghurt.
- 250g Flour 00
- Half a sachet of baking powder.
- 60g Chocolate Scales
- 20 g Butter
- 150g Sugar
First, take the 60 grams of chocolate chips and put them in a plastic bag and put them in the freezer for at least an hour... see you in an hour!:-)
After an hour we can proceed with our banana plumcake.
First, combine and pile the soft butter and sugar into a bowl.
Once you have done this add the white yoghurt and mix everything until the sugar crystals are dissolved completely.
In a second bowl, we put our 2 bananas (peeled).
Then with the help of a fork or spoon, we start crushing them until they create a semi-liquid pulp.
So we have 2 bowls and 2 compounds: one with sugar, yoghurt and butter and the other with banana pulp.
At this point, we combine the two compounds in a single bowl and mix until well combined. Once we have only one compound we also add milk and eggs.
We continue to stir to make the mixture homogeneous.
In a third bowl, we add the dry ingredients: flour and baking powder and mix them.
Once this is done we are ready to combine our dry and damp ingredients, stirring from the bottom up until you get a fairly homogeneous mixture. For this operation, I help with a sieve to sift the powders and facilitate the mixture.
We bolt and make a mould for Plumcake (about 10 x 25). I used a larger container, as a result, the cake came lower and I kept it in the oven less. My container is 19 x 25.
Remove the excess flour.
We retrieve our chocolate chips from the freezer and add them to our compound, stirring well to combine our small chocolate balls.
Done? Great! Now we are ready to pour our mixture into the mould, we tap a little under the mould so that our mixture draws.
BAKE.
If you have used a 10 x 25 plumcake mould it will take about 50 minutes at 180-degree temperature, I have used a 19 x 25 mould I baked for 43 minutes, I recommend checking the cooking after 40 minutes.
CHURNING OUT.
After the necessary time we are ready to pull out our dessert and here is the final result!!
Beautiful and I assure you very well! :-) and now I greet you that I'm hungry again!:-)
