How often do you drink water?

Living without water is impossible as our bodies make up 60% of men and 50% of women, and it is used in different chemical and metabolic processes in the body.

Not to mention that a normal person loses about 2.6 liters of water a day, without doing any intense exercise.

Now imagine if you do physical activity and sweat a lot, this expenditure can increase up to 1 liter a day, that's why drinking water is more than essential for all of us humans.

Now look what an amazing coincidence, and did you know that the proportion of water in the human body is the same as on Planet Earth? But only a small part of the water it has on earth can be ingested.

As most of our body is formed by water, then it is necessary to always remain hydrated for the proper functioning of the functions of our entire body.
