It can be hard to continually come up with ideas for new posts, especially when you've challenged yourself to post everyday. Here are a few ideas I've jotted down for those days when inspiration just won't come.
10 Post Ideas
| Pets |  | Write about your pets, or animals you've met. Post pics of your moggie on Saturdays and tag with #caturday, or about your pup for #dogsofhive. There's also the awesome Hive Pets Community. |
| #marketfriday |  | Take a trip to your local markets and photograph everything that's going on. This awesome initiative by @dswigle is hugely popular each week and gives everyone a glimpse at what life is like in your corner of the world. Check out the Market Friday Community for all the details and posting instructions. |
| Gardening |  | Are you a green thumb? Or just like pottering around in the garden like me? There's the #gardening and #garden tags to post under. Exploring posts in these tags will also lead you to the awesome gardening and plant focused communities on Hive. Communities such as the Indoor Garden Community, the Succulent Growers Community, and the Agricultural Mindset Community. |
| Black & White Photography |  | There's the Black And White Community, home of the #monomad challenge - read the instructions for the current challenge. |
| Love The Clouds |  | This is a cool challenge run by @tobetada where your picture can be a photograph or any kind of art medium, as long as it's created by you. See the latest challenge details post and check out the Love The Clouds community. |
| DIY |  | Post about something cool you've made, built or designed. There's the DIYHub Community and the #diy and #doityourself tags. |
| How To Guide |  | A follow on from the DIY idea, post a how to guide for simple project that others can follow. It could be a DIY project, it could be a #craft or a #recipe, or it could be how to do something in the digital world. This is one that would lend itself well to step by step photos or a video of the process. |
| #HiveBookBingo |  | Looking for a little reading challenge? Grab the Hive Book Bingo challenge card and the challenge details. Post about the books you're reading, or have read, or just want to read. There's no pressure or time limit on this one, I'm working through it super slow! |
| #HivePUD |  | Power up at least 10 Hive on Hive Power Up Day (the first of each month) and be in the running for some cool Hive prizes. Read all about January's #HivePUD in @traciyork's Announcement post. |
| Your Hive Goals |  | Talk about your Hive goals. No goals yet? Check out your profile on HiveBuzz for some inspiration, with cool badges to aim for. It's also a great boost of inspiration to see the badges you've already achieved. |
I hope these ideas have given some inspiration for when a post idea is elusive. I know I'll be using a few of them.
