Veggie Fried Rice Recipe, Lots of Vegetable Contents

Who doesn't know fried rice? It seems that almost no one has never tried this one dish of rice. There are many varieties that can be tasted from fried rice with a fairly simple processing process.

Materials needed

Materials:

2 teaspoons of oil
1/2 container of diced carrots
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/2 container of diced onion
1/2 container diced paprika
1/2 container of cut broccoli
1/2 container of peas
1/3 of the corn container
3 eggs
3 containers of cooked rice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Pepper to taste

Sauté various vegetables

After making sure all the vegetable ingredients have been washed and cut, then you can immediately heat the pan with oil. Add the vegetables one by one to it and sauté until soft.

For broccoli and peppers, add the last one with a cooking duration of 3-4 minutes. When it's soft and fragrant, set it aside.

Making scrambled eggs

You can use the empty side of the pan to scrambled the eggs. Crack the eggs and stir until they are cooked. Then, mix the eggs and vegetable ingredients used so that they cook evenly.

Mix together rice and various spices

Enter the cooked rice and stir until everything is evenly mixed. Don't forget to add soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper to stir the rice preparation. Make sure all the ingredients are mixed and don't forget to correct the taste before you put it aside.

Serve the veggie fried rice while warm

You can immediately serve the veggie fried rice menu while it's warm on a serving plate. The serving process can also be done by adding fried eggs or various toppings according to taste. Serve warm to make it more delicious.
