After the madness of the Oscars and all the controversy that ensued, it's time to turn the page and close the awards season with the best energy. I celebrated that another black actor won the Oscar for best actor, I am talking about Will Smith who is only the sixth black man to win in that category after 94 years of awards. Beyond the matter of the slapping of Chris Rock, it seems to me that the saddest thing is that it overshadowed what should have been a great night.

Since I was a little girl when I watched television and cats and tigers appeared in the movies, I used to say I wanted one. My siblings would joke, well, I think it's better if you have a cat and not a tiger, because the latter can catch us for lunch and eat us all. When they would say that, I would burst into tears. The colors and the kind of stripes of the cats so perfect, their physiognomy, that beautiful face, made me love them since I saw them for the first time.
