Camera and action ...

Stop making a show...

That there is no stage, no floodlights, no smoke, no cameras, for the action, please do not make competition to the dramas of pink novels and victims on social networks, in the cinema, or theater.

Understanding that applause goes inside is fundamental. This is what I tell my friends when they want to dramatize a personal event down the middle street.

It is very exhausting to surround yourself or live with this type of people who do not know any other way to relate. They are always going through conflict, drama, and if they do not suffer for something, it is as if they will lack something to survive.

It's time to really live being who we are.

Enough of living from drama, victimization and the mask to please or fit in by doing drama for everything.

When it comes to relatives, I always give them their parao i.e. "up to here" and if they don't like it when I set my limits on this type of ties, I tell them to turn away with that drama, because he didn't let me run over, it's terrible, and very difficult to deal with people like that.

I think the only drama I sometimes watch on TV is the Kardashian's because those women bill a lot of $$$ with that show 🤣.

From everything you can see, there are cases that beyond the drama have served for the person to drain and manage their emotions, and be able to talk about what didn't work for them in their process, providing alternatives, that although each experience is personal, many times you get to feel a certain degree of empathy, in front of a world that pretends to be happy and perfect.

I don't know about being the center of attention, but to get people to pay attention, these types of people create a drama, of their life.

So it's better to stop living for the audience.
Now, many times the problem is not that these people like to be seen, there are cases of cases, the situation becomes exhausting when they become addicted to drama just to get attention and fit in.

And what is gained by this dramatic acting attitude?

A false sense of attention that never pleases our ego, much less satisfies our essence, because we remain in "empty" mode.

To make every situation a Greek tragedy is to not have the ability to face what really causes us pain inside. In my experience, life is not about how much noise we make so that others look at us, accept us, but about how we cope with what touches us, without the lights of the reflectors on top.
