Let's make a delicious drink from sago which has many health benefits.

The drinks prepared on this platform provide a great experience for us to try new beverages, making this an important stage for exploring new flavors and innovations.

Today, I am excited to share my idea with you. It is to bring nutrition from delicious sago. This drink, made from sago, is a popular ingredient in the diet of Asian and Pacific Islanders in particular. Sago is primarily composed of carbohydrates, making it an excellent energy source for the body. It also helps in cooling the body, making it a healthy drink for everyone.

Let's take a look at the process of creating this nutritious drink.

Required Ingredients...

🍀 Sago 50g or 100g.
🍀 Crushed jaggery 75g
🍀 Dried grapes 30g.
🍀 Salt as required.
🍀 2 crushed cardamom pods.
🍀 2 Cup of coconut milk.
🍀 Some water.
🍀 Sugar as required.

Method of making.....

First, take a pot, add about a cup of water to it and put it on the stove and let it heat up. When the water is heated, add the sago and mix well.

Then add jaggery, salt and sugar to it and mix well.

Then add coconut milk and dried grapes to it and mix well. Cook it for about 5 minutes and remove it from the stove.

This method of preparing a sago mixed drink is fascinating. Drink it in the morning and pause to enjoy the simple joy . Every sip is full of refreshing flavor and nutrition.
