In our business world today, a lot of negative activities are happening that tend to threaten the businesses of people who are genuine to their course. These days, people are so lackadaisical about how they can present their business in a manner that will attract customers and also to build up the future. My point exactly is the fact that, these days there are two kinds of online vendors. There are the ones that strive to give the customer maximum satisfaction for their money's worth while the second type of vendors are those that do not care about their customer satisfaction, hence they deliver rubbish.

If we are conversant with the trends in social media, we will be aware of the recent happenings that takes place in the online world. The current trend these days is the "what I ordered versus what I got" we have seen many videos and pictures online of how people would contact online vendors via their Instagram, Facebook or Twitter page and order for a products but in the end they either get the opposite of what they ordered or the exact thing they ordered. If reverse is the case, this has created a mess for most online vendors who tried their possible best to make good products as people now live bad reviews and commonize such product.

Take for instance, the fashion World on social media is somehow accustomed to the phrase of "what I ordered versus what I got" because most of the videos I see online are mostly about an online vendor who is a fashion designer delivering clothes that do not match the physique or size of their customers. Hence, when these people wear the dress it becomes either too small or not shaped properly or to big. This has become an issue, as it stereotypes all fashion designers as incompetent.

One thing I have come to realize about this mistakes in the dresses made, is the fact that many circumstances are involved some of which includes: a customer might see a dress well-fitted on an actress or a star whose body is shaped like an hourglass but the customer regardless of their shape wants the designer to make the same dress considering the fact that they do not have that kind of shape hence they end up getting something that does not fit them.

Again, another issue that can cause a customer to get the opposite of what they ordered is the fact that they refused to pay the certain amount that will acquire the quality of that kind of dress. Sometimes the price of a dress could cost 100 to 150,000 naira to get authentic but they would beat the price down so bad that the tailor would have no choice but to use inferior materials to achieve that Style.

So yes, there are many instances of buying things online and you end up regretting it because they do not much your preferences but at the same time we should endeavor to have the mindset that the fault could be from these customers.
