La publicación de hoy es un poco diferente, no se trata de promover una iniciativa o de compartir las publicaciones de la comunidad en estos últimos días, queremos que la comunidad nos conozca un poco más, por ello queremos expresar cual es nuestra filosofía, expresando nuestra misión, visión y valores. Además, recientemente se han incorporados dos personas a nuestro equipo de trabajo.

Antes de entrar en materia queremos expresar nuestra profunda felicidad al ver el crecimiento de la comunidad en estas últimas semanas, luego de la incorporación a la batalla de comunidades a causa de la colaboración con el proyecto @inleo nuestro crecimiento no ha parado. Before getting into the subject we want to express our deep happiness to see the growth of the community in recent weeks, after joining the battle of communities because of the collaboration with the @inleo project our growth has not stopped. Aunque cada uno de los miembros son curadores y moderadores de cara a la comunidad en las RRSS de Hive, nuestra proyección al modelo startup nos ha hecho esbozar ciertos roles internos. Ahora bien, en este sentido nos ha parecido responder a la filosofía de web3, lo que nos ha hecho concebir un equipo descentralizado, es decir, que las decisiones son tomadas por consenso, y no hay roles tradicionales como CEO o CTO o COO, por mencionar algunos ejemplos de los roles más comunes en startups y pymes tecnológicas.

Although each of the members are curators and moderators for the Hive RRSS community, our projection to the startup model has made us outline certain internal roles.
