So here we are almost mid-way through 2024, and I typed 2023 for that title and almost hit submit before realizing my mistake and changing it. Anyway…

Hello all! Another week and it’s time again to do another #myhivegoals post, a series idea started by started by @jongolson. This also doubles as my weekly progress report for #saturdaysavers, which is a fun little group that tries to motivate everyone to save and reach their goals. I’m going to look at the progress I’ve made on my Hive goals, as well as give a few tokens I’m looking at right now. If you are here for the comment SBI giveaway, well, we’ll get to that too.

Let’s start with my Hive goals.

Hive & HBD

My current goal is 35k Hive.

Last week I made 399.58, bringing me to 27,685.310 total Hive Power. Well, 200 of that was from HPUD I guess, but I did gain by that much anyway. That’s 79.1% of my goal!

Math time. 35k - 27,685.310 gives us 7314.69. Divided out by the days till the first of next year, we get 34.5 Hive needed per day to reach 35k by that point. That’s actually a little down from last week, when it was 35.2. Oh my stars and garters—am I actually ahead of pace for once?? Let’s see if this trend continues!

BRO, PIMP, & CINE

Last week I bought and earned 0.163 BRO, which puts me at 537.66 total or 53.8% of my goal.

I made 366.6 PIMP last week, putting me at 78919.91 — 78.9% of my goal.

And I made 465.859 CINE, putting me at 97,166.107.

Silver

The silver chart for last week. Unfortunately it wasn’t a good one. Looks like we might be testing that $30 barrier once again, moving in the wrong direction this time.

On the plus side, looks like the sale coins this week include a silver round that uses the classic Morgan Dollar design. Might be a good idea to pick up a few of these while they are on sale if you are able. Get it here.
