Calming Nature.. A Profound Connection....

Natural areas of the earth are love, in its most organic form, providing the opportunity to escape from the stresses of the modern world.

There exists such a natural connection between man and nature, which explains that intense feelings of tranquility often experienced when surrounded by nature. From the sound of the leaves falling and swaying in the wind, the melodious trill of the birds or even the rhythmical sound of the sea waves hitting the shore, the Almighty’s natural orchestra is something truly amazing.

Serene and comforted by the cool ground beneath my feet and the fresh and clean air in the mid of the trees I am aware of the fact that there is much more to life than human imposed civilization.

The very tall trees with their columns of experience are seen as guards or watchmen, more importantly, pioneers of shade and serenity. Even trees and stones are not unimportant since this unity created by nature’s elements offers recuperation and moments of reflection.

The contact with nature does not only concern the eye but embraces all the senses and helps in restoring physical and mental health. Research has also revealed that such outdoor activities trigger stress reduction, decrease in blood pressure and enhancing mental health.

Thus, this more physical touch with the earth refreshes the body and the mind, helping escape from the stress of the contemporary world.

These are some of the few times that one gets a feeling that the nature is in fact alive and working for humanity and not the other way round.

The love from nature cannot be compared to anything else and such lovers teach us about the beauty of everyday life and how peaceful the world can be. It is a boon, one which makes life beautiful and brings about thankfulness and serenity in us.
