Special Torta / Cup Cake

Torta is a kind of cake but different in taste. It is being baked with slowest up and down heat. For me the texture is better than the special cake. Long time ago, my grandmother was baking torta at home for a special occasion. She put a lot of eggs and separated the eggwhite and eggyellow to have the best texture and being mixed with royal orange juice. She baked enough just for the family and be sure the taste were not being commercialized. I just remember those days and now I bought some. It is also delicious but not the same from the torta of my grandmother.
