Today I want to take a virtual walk to a historical place. Novospassky Monastery, which was founded in the 13th century. It is a place of solitude and silence in our noisy and active 21st century.

Сегодня я хочу совершить виртуальную прогулку в историческое место. Новоспасский монастырь, который был основан в 13 веке. Это место уединения и тишины в нашем шумном и активном 21 веке.
Of course, what you will see in the photo is the architecture of the 17th century and later. After all, at the foundation, everything usually starts with small wooden buildings where monks begin to live and a small wooden church. But over the centuries, everything begins to transform and be built up with new stone and brick buildings. The monastery is surrounded by a thick brick wall, which turns it into a real fortress.
Конечно, то что вы увидите на фото, это архитектура 17 века и позднее. Ведь при основании обычно все начинается с небольших деревянных построек где начинают жить монахи и маленькой деревянной церкви. Но столетиями все начинает преображаться и застраиваться новыми уже каменными и кирпичными зданиями. Монастырь окружается толстой кирпичной стеной, которая превращает его в настоящую крепость.
Now the walls of the main temple are being restored here. But anyone can go inside, as the temple continues to function. You can pray and just look at the interior and frescoes on the walls and enjoy the ancient energy that you feel on your skin.
Сейчас тут идет реставрация стен главного храма. Но любой может зайти внутрь, так как храм продолжает функционировать. Можно и помолиться и просто посмотреть интерьер и фрески на стенах и насладиться древней энергией, которую ощущаешь кожей.
This monastery was associated with the last tsar of the Russian Empire, Nicholas 2. And there is a lot of information about this and there is a monument.

It is very interesting to consider the paintings of walls and ceilings. It is difficult for me to imagine how Orthodox artists worked in the 17th and 18th century. And they worked so efficiently that these paintings have been preserved for hundreds of years. They worked at a great height, there was no light except candles.
Очень интересно рассматривать росписи стен и потолков. Мне трудно представить, как в 17-18 веке работали православные художники. И работали настолько качественно, что эти росписи сохраняются сотни лет. Работали на огромной высоте, не было света, кроме свечей.
There are very interesting archaeological finds along the walls. These are ancient tombstones with inscriptions in the Old Slavic language. The inscriptions of the 19th century can still be hardly read, but the inscriptions of the 17th century are no longer possible without the necessary knowledge. And even the construction of speech differs from the modern one.
Вдоль стен очень интересные археологические находки. Это древние надгробные плиты с надписями на старославянском языке. Надписи 19 века еще можно с трудом прочитать, а вот надписи 17 века уже невозможно без нужных знаний. И даже построение речи отличается от современной.
This is the end of our journey into the past. We visited an ancient historical place in Moscow. Where it is very beautiful and peaceful. You can't hear the noise of cars and you can take a break from the speed and bustle of a modern metropolis.
