Pig skin is called dwaeji ggupdaegi (돼지 껍데기), “dwaeji” being pig and “gupdaegi” being shell, cover or skin in Korean.

When the skin start making that cracking sound, you know its time to eat it. It is rich in collagen, thus greatly helpful for skin regeneration and maintains skin elasticity. It is especially good for people with dry skin. Have to agree with the Korean on this one... :)

Can't deny that Korean BBQ is one healthy meal, meats being cooked on direct fire. Eating your meat with kimchi, lettuce and garlic. Carbs? You can forget about them for this time....
