We are too small under the sky

The sky is space, a whole surprising universe that we think we know. The sky is a dramatic backdrop against which many things happen... mostly flying. Heaven is a vast expanse that cannot be grasped by reason, just as it cannot be described by words. Emptiness and fullness at the same time. And when the greatest artists, the clouds, appear in it, then the explosion, the feast of the senses, the confusion of the mind, if at all this mind allows itself to think anything, already takes place.
We are small. We are too small to think anything of the sky, standing under the sky.
That's it. Period.

Hive.jpgSoul's Detour is a project started by me years ago when I had a blog about historical and not so popular tourist destinations in Eastern Belgium, West Germany and Luxembourg. Nowadays, this blog no longer exists, but I'm still here - passionate about architecture, art and mysteries and eager to share my discoveries and point of view with you.
