Fried Fish with Bread and yougurt in last Night Dinner

Fish is aquatic animal . Fish live in water and fish have a backbone and they are vertebrates. Many of species of fishes different from one another. Fish are very good for our health .Fish is loaded with important nutrients like protein and vitamin D Fish is a good source of Omega 3 acid which is so much good for our brain and body.

Fish is generally considered to be best foods for a healthy heart. Fish aid healthy brain function and infant development of nerves and vision during pregnancy. Fish also help to decrease depression .Fish is eat in so many types like fried grilled and cook. I like to eat fried and grill fish with bread and yogurt.
