In the last post we learned something about the nutritional value of the raw banana.

I would like to share some more information in this post.

  • The raw banana is very beneficial for the body to cook.
  • Banana is a beneficial result for headache patients.
  • There is no alternative to filling blood vacuum.
  • It contains lots of sugar.
  • Fat does not let the body accumulate and slim the body
