Sarutahiko Coffee Ebisu has been open since 2011. While small, the atmosphere inside is very cozy.
If you ask me they serve one of the best coffee in Tokyo and my personal favourite here is their signature cafe latte. I ll let the images speak for themselves here

The original Sarutahiko cafe is located 2 minutes walking from Ebisu station on the Yamanote line.
Being open until 11 pm at night makes it the perfect place to, relax, study or read a book all while enjoying one of the best coffe in Tokyo. You must try their cafe latte is wonderful.
It is no wonder that they won the cup of excellence in 2016, the coffee in Sarutahiko is a work of art. I personally go there very often and I have never been disappointed.
From dripped coffee to wonderful creamy caffe latte the vibe of the cafe cannot be replicated anywhere else.
