It is the museum about the Vietnam War and its horrors. Inside the building there are several rooms with photos and explanations about the war history, weapons and the "orange toxic powder" that Americans sprayed with planes to destroy the vegetation where VietCong was hiding.
4 million of people have been affected by this chemical.
In the courtyard of the museum there are exhibitions of torture methods used by the South Vietnamese army against soldiers captured from the north and the famous "tiger cages". The prisoners were put in these small cages as a form of torture.
