This past weekend was fun and relaxing, it involved a short getaway to Bangalore to attend a friend's wedding. Although I wish I could have gone on a longer vacation, I definitely don't mind taking this short holiday as opposed to not going on a holiday at all. The wedding was a nice and personal affair, rich on traditions and customs, and there are several aspects of a wedding that make the occasion special and memorable. But one thing I like observing is the decoration of the wedding venue. Different weddings in different regions follow different styles and trends of decorations, and it's nice to see the decorators and wedding planners bringing something unique and creative whilst decking up the place.

The above pictures are from one such wedding where I liked the choice of the color theme, and most weddings are often incomplete without flowers adoring the entire place in different shades, sizes and arrangements!
