In Philippines CARP or Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program is a agrarian law that aims to to redistribute lands either public or private agricultural lands to help any beneficiaries including like small independent farmers.I will also provide equality to landowners for income,provide employment to farmers,will provide enhancement to agricultural productivity and will avoid conflicts with land ownership.Its legal basis is Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Law (CARL) or Republic Act No.6657.This law is very significant cause our country almost half of population employed in agriculture.It is also the source of livelihood for some developing country and it will protect the farmers rights.
