Kemiren Village

Kemiren village is located in District Glagah Banyuwangi. It is located about 7 km from downtown Banyuwangi. Kemiren village is a tourist village and in this village there is a native village of Osing tribe. I have often passed Kemiren village, but only on Sunday (08.04.2018) then I stopped to look closely at the weekly hawker / culinary market event here.
since the last few years the village is being addressed and is now one of the tourist reference of Banyuwangi Regency. Indeed, the original house building is not much found. Currently made several replicas of buildings that represent the nuances of the past.

down the street here looks pretty fun. The environment is arranged quite neat and clean. Some of the traditional and typical food vendors from this area seem quite tempting. The price is relatively cheap for the size of the tourist village. Traditional cakes you've rarely met can be bought here. buyers can eat on the premises or take home. One of the typical is Pecel Pitik, is a rooster chicken that is burned and comes with complementary spices from young coconut. It tastes delicious and delicious. The price of a PecelPytic portion (size big enough) is Rp 100.000, -

to visit Kemiren custom village is free of charge. Visitors only need to pay for parking vehicles only.

In the village Kemiren often held even2 culture. For big events usually schedules have been included in the agenda Banyuwangi Festival. please take a peek at the internet.
