Hello Steemians,
I have found some photos from last year, which I took on my phone. I took the photos whilst going for a walk just up the road, behind where I live. Here is a little journey into and through Corbar Woods, Buxton:
There is a small path at the bottom end of Corbar Woods. The path splits various ways, so that you can walk through the woods or around them either clockwise or anti-clockwise:
If you decide to go through the woods, you will arrive at the option to go up the hill, via the wooden steps
...... and on your way through the woods, up the hill, you will find a few interesting things, such as this small, vacated Goblin cave:
........ and a few fun guys as well:
So, as you venture up through the woods.....
....... you eventually come to the top of the hill
...... which meets the path that travels around the woods:
To the right of the above image is a gate and through the gate is the field where you will find little fellas like this:
And beautiful examples, like this one:
And this one:
In fact, on this field, you will find all of these various funghi living together:
And last, but not least, this little pointy-headed fella:
Oh, and here is a shot of one side of the view from the field:
And after all of that kneeling down and picture taking, it's back down the steps again....
....... and off to home for a nice cup of tea :)
Heyyyy! Okay, that is an old photo and I don't drink alcohol anymore or very, very rarely, but I still love a good cup of tea and a good walk out with a camera. You never know what you'll find.
I hope that you enjoyed looking at these and I may be uploading a part two, to show you what lies beyond the field..... and this is a biggie :).
Thank you very much for reading and viewing :).
