Fernsehturm

Almost five year ago I have moved to Berlin, Germany. I have been photographing the city since then, and after this time I ended up with a collection of pictures from the TV-Tower, one of the city's postcard.

The Fernsehturm is the highest building in the city of Berlin, it has 368 meters (1.197 feet). It was planned by the architect Herman Henselman; the construction took four years and costed more than thirty million dollars. When the city was still divided it represented the triumph of socialism, but nowadays it is one of the busiest touristic spots.
